Official Active Mogul League 2 rules:
1. first and for most i want to thank doug1972 for transfering the league over to me...without you this league would not be possible
2. this league will sim 20 days and will sim two times a day (each sim will consist of 10 days)
3. This league is password protected
4. The league will restart after 30 seasons
5. One year contracts are not allowed, unless the player being signed is 35 years or older
6. There will be no free drops or salary cuts
A) you must clear up the mess from old gms
B) there is no cash resets
7. All gms are hired by their teams (i will send offers to gms that are interested)
1) send me a private message, stating that you want in the league
2) I will then send you a contract offers from teams based on you repuation in mogul. (example: a gm that has been in mogul for a long time is more likely to get the yankees, and red sox offers, and new guys are more likely to get tampa, and kanas city)
3) as commish i will act as the owner of all the teams
A) this means i will fire you for poor performance
B) on the other hand i will offer contract extensions for good performance
4) when you are fired you go back into the gm pool
A) the gm pool consists of gms that have been fired and gms that are on the waiting list
5) the object is to earn the most overall money
A) the catch is do you take more money from a bad team (risk getting fired) or do you take less to go with a better team.
6) i will keep track of money earned and the success of each gm
A) if you are fired you still recieve the remaining amount of the contract for the duration of the contract.
7) to begin with all of the first contracts will equal the same amount
A) for the first year the contracts will be 3yrs 50,000 for all gms
8) draft picks can be traded up to 3 years in advance
A) if a gm gets fired then the new gm must still give the draft pick away
B) all draft pick trades must be posted in the draft pick thread to be honored.
