Have encountered the same problem. 2 caught stealing instead of 1 counted as 2 outs instead of 1. In the top of the second inning, the #3 hitter lead off!

This was in 9.27.

If they have a successful steal it shows twice too.

OK I think I finally have this fixed in 9.28. Should be posting later today.
