Runner on 2nd only, groundball, the runner is forced out on third. This should be "tagged out" and it should happen a lot less often than it does. A lot of times, the balls hit to 2B or 1B and they throw across the diamond to tag out the runner. I know the option is there to turn down the amount the lead runner is thrown out, but I think the default setting for this situation needs to be changed, as does the PBP text.
