Clear HOF list, then no new members added [Fixed 9.38]

When you clear the HoF box, no new players will be added. Even a player with 800 homeruns with 4000 hits wont be added in...if you dont clear it, then it works fine

Yeah it's been that way the whole time I believe. I wish it wasn't, because it'd be nice to clear the old guys and just have a list of future guys.
