Twice while I have been simming around the 1960s or 70s, I don't know the exact year that it happens, but the Philadelphia Phillies are no longer the Phillies. They are the Philadelphia Blue Jays. Later, the Toronto Blue Jays also come in to existence, making two Blue Jays.

This is a problem I noticed with last year's version as well. The game changes team nicknames as they did in reality -- except for the Phillies. In real life, the name "Blue Jays" never caught on, and they went back to being the Phillies after a few years, but the game doesn't switch it back.

The Phillies were called the Blue Jays in 1943 and 1944.
