New Stadium still killing Payroll budget [Fixed 9.42I]

I know it has been reported but I thought someone said it was fixed. Im running 9.40 since the stuff for 9.41 dont apply to any of my play. I fixed it by going into league editor and making fan base loyal again. When I built my 75,000 seat stadium i was at a 93 fan rating... it was supposed to be going up to 94.

from what I hear, the first year is bad. My understanding is that subsequent seasons are normal though.
yea, needs to be fixed. but, at least there's a sort of workaround. you could try lowering your ticket price to $15 or something similarly rediculous the first seasonafter building a new park...

On the same theme, if you move to a different city, your fan loyalty should start out quite high, even if it's the same stadium.

oops sorry guys
my payroll budget went from something like 90 million to 30 million. I already had prices under 20 and even lowered them to 10. my attendance grew but my payroll budget didnt. at $20 is was about 35 million and at $15 it was around 32million. What happens is when i check it out in the stadium editor, no matter what it says in the new stadium builder, in the EDITOR it always makes the fan base indifferent.
