I just came across Chipper Jones' portrait. It looks like he dropped his ice cream cone and is about to cry for his mommy. :D
I haven't had time to go through all the player pics but there must be several other unflattering and funny mugs.

I remember there being an Upper-Deck card printed near the end of Bill Buckner's career (I think he was on the Royals, perhaps), and he was shown standing in the the normal infielder's stance, with his legs partially open and bowed, and whoever the jerk was who took the picture lined up the shot so that some sort of huge pipe or rolled up piece of tarp or *something* cylindrical and hollow was in the background--yet still predominantly in the shot--right between his legs. Get it? Har-har.
Poor guy. God, I shudder to think what his obituary is going to be.

Was this from a barnstorming tour? It was common for teams on tour to pick up players from other teams to fill out the rosters. The bigger the star, the more cash for everyone too.
Jeff Olsen

Was this from a barnstorming tour?Could be an amalgamation of the championship teams of '23. Judging by the uniform, the photo is from '23 or maybe early '24 before the changeover. The guy in the middle is Jack Dunn (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Dunn), owner & manager of the minor league Baltimore Orioles; Ruth and Bentley both played on his team at one time.

Could it be earlier?
From 1921
Sunday, October 16th
IN THE NEWS: In defiance of a Kenesaw Mountain Landis ban on World Series participants playing post-season exhibitions, Babe Ruth, Bob Meusel, and P Bill Piercy launch a barnstorming tour in Buffalo. Five days later, they cut it short in Scranton. In the meantime Ruth openly challenges Landis to act. The judge does, fining the players their World Series shares—$3,362.26—and suspending them until May 20th of the next season.

Could it be earlier? Don't think so. That particular uniform was only used in '23.

New York Yankees outfielder Babe Ruth, in a Giants uniform, with Giants manager John McGraw at an exhibition game with the Baltimore Orioles on October 3, 1923, at the Polo Grounds. Ruth played in the Giants outfield for the game, which was a benefit.

Strange things happen in Red Sox clubhouse
LOL.
That fits perfectly with this quote from the Boston Globe that they posted on Firejoemorgan:
"So much for wearing these clothes home," Francona cracked, the beer-and-champagne mix dripping down his bald head, into his eyes, past his chin, and onto the red underclothes that he still wore.
But that was nothing compared to the double dose of champagne Theo Epstein took from Schilling and Papelbon, an explosion of the sticky liquid sending him shooting across the clubhouse floor, with Schilling whispering a warning to reporters standing close to watch out.
