Grey Dog Software makes a very good sim for both Pro and college basketball. I dont have a link handy but slap Grey Dog Software into google and you will find them.

Im pretty sure there's no plans in place for a basketball game.

I, for one, would prefer that Sports Mogul focuses solely on Baseball Mogul and Baseball Mogul Online. However, I don't think they'd drop Football Mogul.
