Nice! I also heard that the U.S. atty generals office is getting involved with the big dig. Our own attorney general (Tom Reilly) it turns out is/was against pursuing any and all legal action against Bechtel and others involved. He also seems to have taken "campaign contributions" from Bechtel and others. In the words of the Church Lady, "How conveeeeeinient".

If so Reilly's former colleague, AG, Sullivan released a press release regarding Reilly's outright lying regarding "his" decision to charge Bechtel criminally and sue for monetary damages. Reilly wanted to settle for less than pennies on the dollar and drop everything. Fed, Sullivan is the one who refused and has stated it publicly now. Guess that Reilly's campaign for governor is now over. Howie Carr also had the story yesterday. Carr reported on Reilly's acceptance of contributions from Bechtel and others involved in the dig.
