My account name is billjoe, and I had a silver account, and just now downgraded to bronze. It says that my account is inactive until payment is due (credit will be instantaneous though). I am paying with credit, and after the downgrade, it says that I have an account credit of $9.89. It also says next payment is May 2. I surely hope this can be fixed, because a whole month out of my league that I've been in for several months now would cripple my team. Since it says "credit," I'd assume that means a positive balance, so I don't know why it wouldn't pull the $5 from that and make my account activated. Thanks.
