Rookie Draft

Is the selection of rookies totally random?
Or does what you pay your scouts come into play.

I know I really needed a SS and got 3 pitchers, just wondering if there is any logic to this process.

There are so many things that should be added or tweeked to the game.. this should be in your top five. Things that work on the CD-ROM game should be ported over to the online game as well.

Yeah- this is an area that is lacking in the online game. We have a new feature in the CD that lets you specify which type of player you would like drafted and which attributes you favor (shortstop with speed, 1B with power, etc.)

Hopefully we will port it over online soon.
