Yes. The decision to allow gay marriages will be reserved because one couple divorced.

Let's ban all marriages, because divorce rates are at an all-time high.

lol....why bother....the state just wants to regulate the homos just like they allready do the heteros.....they are idiots for buying into the regulation....a marriage license is a 3 party contract

Being gay does not mean you have a full-fledged opposite sex personality. That would be transgender/transsexual.

I suppose that being in one body, and having the emotions and feelings of another would certainly explain homosexuality.

Homosexuality means that you are attracted to members of the opposite sex.

Sexual attraction is not the only aspect of a "personality."
