Game is tied at 6 at the bottom of the ninth...

BOTTOM OF THE NINTH
Corey Patterson doubled down the first base line. <-2->
Dwight Quine singled in the left field gap, scoring a run. <--1>
Dwight Quine went for an extra base and was thrown out at second. <--->

RANGERS WIN: 7-6

it should be....only way it wouldn't be over is if there were 2 outs and the runner advancing to 2nd was tagged out before the runner advancing to home crossed the plate.

Yeah, but in the example there are no out and the first batter is Patterson.

BTW, how goes LA? Ready for my Yanks?
