There will be. That's the next patch that Clay and Ian are working on right now. I would guess that it'll be released sometime in the next couple of days.
Posting this in the General Discussion forum would have been more appropriate.

Unofifcial Patch 9.44A was just unstickied...which leads me to believe that a new patch is going to be up today or tomorrow....*(unless i just noticed it was unstickyed and its been that way...)

it's actually been a couple of days. Clay also edited the OP in both the 9.44 and 9.44A threads telling people to use 9.43.
Note: There is a known crash in this version that occurs while exiting the Player Editor. If you want a STABLE version, we recommend you stick with 9.43. If you already installed 9.44 or 9.44A, Baseball Mogul won't automatically download 9.43 -- you can install 9.43 manually by downloading this file (http://www.sportsmogul.com/Updates/BaseballMogul/2007/Files/BB2K7-943F.exe) and double-clicking on it.
He's started putting [fixed in 9.44b] in thread titles though, so it shouldnt' be too long now.

That crash happened in 9.44...not 9.44A.

yea, there's a different message in the .44A thread. I just found the .44 thread first and didn't feel like actually searching for the .44a thread.

FYI, there is a known crash in this version that occurs while loading historical players. It shouldn't occur if you are playing 2006 and later. If you want a STABLE version, we recommend you stick with 9.43. If you already installed 9.44 or 9.44A, Baseball Mogul won't automatically download 9.43 -- you can install 9.43 manually by downloading this file and double-clicking on it.
So that only pertains to people who play historical leagues.

yea, I think so. it would always crash when loading historical players from the database, so I think that there was something wrong with that.
