technical issue

I am new to the game and the boards. I am enjoying the game thoroughly, but am having one problem (the solution to which I swear I looked for first before posting) - the player images all disappeared after I began the second season of my league. I am playing 9.43 with Windows xp.

Any help? Thanks in advance .....

As for this particular problem, I've never seen it myself. Some more details (including a screenshot of the problem) would be helpfull to any of us who attempt to help you.
