Changing Lineups

Was wondering how do you change your lineup for one game. Like if a certain catcher catches for just one pitcher how do you reflect that before the game starts. If I switch it after the game starts before any pitches then both player get credit for playing that game. Also was wondering how do you take a player on or off the disabled list.

For your first question, to change the starter you have to go to Team > Lineup (or Ctrl+L) and put the catcher you want in the catcher spot in the lineup.

For the DL, you have to take the injured player, and swap him with the minor leaguer you wanna call up. Then, highlight the injured player and on the right side under "Release" you should see a dropdown box that says "Move To.." click that and selected "Move to DL"

well, before entering the game screen you can change and adjust your lineup. There's no real mechanism to do anything like changing your catcher based on the pitcher, so you would need to switch them in the lineup screen yourself, prior to the game.

As for moving a player on and off the DL, there is a drop down text box in the lower right of the lineup screen. That will allow you to place players on the DL or at a specific level of your minor league organisation.

Going to lineup it only gives me the options to change for vs righties or lefties. I just want to change him for one game and then have the roster go back to the way it was. Is this possible. Also I see how to put him on DL, how do you take him off. Thank you

He come off the DL after the number of days he is injured then auto sort & he will be allocated to his minor/major level.

You drag the catcher you want into the spot and then play your gae, and then do the same after the game with your previous catcher to set the lineup back to normal.

you can move players on and off the DL by moving them to a minor league level, using the drop down in the lower right that I talked about before.
