Hello, I'm new to BMO and I have a question.
How does a rookie player development work? When (which age) should I bring him up to majors to maximize his development, and, when I call him up, is it better that I give him as more ABs as possible or is it better that I moderately use him in the starting lineup in order to avoid ruining his development?

Thanks

This is part of the trick of BBMO. If you have really good scouting you should maybe start him when he achieves at least an 80 overall rating. Other than that try to get in the top ten in the minor league development expense category. Your expense rating in the farm system will help aid the development of a great prospect. Also, try not to put talented prospects on your bench. If their not ready keep them playing in the minors.

If you really want to try player development I would suggest my 144 league on my signature. With a new season every two days you can see the progression of rookies within a week or two.;)
