Login Problem

The user yankees48151623 has reported a problem with logging in to me over AIM. He asked me to post it here. When he attempts to log in, he gets a blank white page that has this error message: In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.

he's being firewalled. Has nothing to do with the site.

I instructed him to turn off his firewall, but he can't figure out what firewall he has. He says he doesn't think that he has a firewall. I'm illiterate when it comes to firewall things, so, if anybody can help him, i'm sure he'd appreciate it. His aim sn is yankees48151623 if you want to contact him directly.

Thanks for the help everyone, but i got it to work. I went to my interent settings and turned off all of my proxy servers. Thanks to ohms and houstongm for helping me.
