Allow HTML file attachments?

I hope this is the right forum for this, if not I apologize. I am working on a dynasty in the dynasty forum. I wanted to attach an html file to my post (without having to put it in a zip file) that showed my team's vital stats.

What I wanted to do was output my team's info to a spreadsheet, then mod it how I wanted it, then export it to a simple little html file for everyone to see. Seems pretty harmless to me. Could someone let those kinds of files be uploadable?
