Entering Billing Information

Hello, I'm trying to enter my billing information but I get this message;

There was a problem processing your card!

I've redone it like 5 times and can't figure out the problem. I just bought and downloaded Baseball Mogul 2003 with the same info and had no problems.

Can you tell me what the problem is. My user name is Jake.

I am having the same problem. I know my card is good cause I bought a few things at Wal-Mart with it and also paid for pizza with it.

Username is killad.

My card is a Bank of America check card if that helps you out any. Please get this issue resolved, im afraid that im gonna come back to a team that lost all its players. Thanks!

Are both of you using debit cards?

Sometimes our processor has a problem with those. I have not yet gotten a good answer why that is.

But if that is the case, can you try using a credit card rather than an debit card / check card?

Meanwhile, I'll go back and see if our processor has any new suggestions.

Yes, a debit card. I've never had a problem buying anything over the net with it. Its the only card I use now.
