Contract page bug?

I'm boston in Fast Sim 4, when I go to my contract page all the relase buttons are missing for only my pitchers. The hitters are fine. I am not negitive in cash(44) and I do not expect to lose $$ this seaon. The only button I have for my pitchers is a sign button for Matt Morris.

If you only have enough pitchers to fill your active roster (11), then the program will not let you cut a pitcher. You must always have 11 pitchers and 14 hitters on your active roster.
