Ok. I probably have a pretty common question, but I really need to know.
I think I was about in the middle of the pack as far as my farm development spending went and in the top 7 for scouting. None of my newly acquired rookies improved and they were in the farm system all season. However, stats for the rookies I acquired a year before did have changes. Is there a reason why the newly acquired rookies did not improve in the farm system while the year older rookies did? Is it because the rookies I just got have no potential? My scout says they do (top 7 in spending for scouts). Anyways, I'm really confused with how the farm system works at developing young rookies. Can anyone explain this to me?
Thanks,
Daniel
