In league fastsim 27, september 13, 2002, Colorado vs. St. Louis, Larry Sutton got an intentional pass when he pinch hit, but was not credited with a walk in the box score. The same thing happened with Orlando Cabrera, so I believe this is a system-wide problem. The last time I checked, intentional walks were scored as walks, no?
