I would like to register a complaint. The prospects which you get when you start a new league with the 2002 rosters seem to be very poor.
I'll give the Chicago Cubs as an example. Corey Patterson has ratings in the C-D range. The player who is clearly supposed to be Mark Prior (Len O'Meara, he's a pitcher with no minor league experience) has C power and movement.
The exception seems to be Texas, where Lukas Samuels and Grant Arion (who I assume represent Blalock and Texeira, since they are both 3B) are both highly rated.
Thoughts?
