I'm noticing that your team will really suck with a player playing out of position. Does this and should this affect the team a lot?

Take Cecil Fielder and put him at shortstop, and what happens? The other team tries to hit everything in the hole, and gets a ton of hits, as he has no range at all. Big difference...
