How can new leagues get filled up faster

There are so many leagues trying to start up and each has like 3 owners, while none are being started each day. I would just like to join a league now that will start in present time within the next week. I just joined the midwest league and nobody has even posted a message since october because they are waiting for people to join.

Join an established league they are at least running & have been around long enough to survive the "famous" 2011/12 drop off - check out the CASCADE LEAGUE (20/day) or AGML (10/day) or a fast league like 72 EQUALIZED/DABS 24 HOUR

I agree, you are better off in an established league. Most gm's that leave want to leave the team in decent shape for the next guy. There is also less fear of the dreaded reset. SOme new leagues are firecracker leagues. They start off with a bang and fizzle quickly. 2011 is usually the make or break season for a league.

I love that term, Fire Cracker Leagues...AGML took a week and a half to get filled back up. That was without a reset.

I hate that leagues that have the reset rule of 15 owners and a reset. It is the commissioners job to keep the league filled. There is no reason why a league should go to 15 owners ever...that just means the commissioner can't recruit. And they reset. The reset itself does the recruiting.
