I have little to no programming experience (ie, BASIC on my old Commodore 64) so I have no idea the nightmare that this might create for Clay and the guys. But it seems to me that if in the user-created leagues, there should be options for equalizing cities, instituting a salary cap, et al. That way the commish of each league can decide if he/she wants to do such things in the interest of fairness. many folks complain about the gross unbalance of top tier teams vs. average teams vs. bottom tier teams. By allowing the players of the game to control this, it might make a lot of folks much happier. However, as I mentioned earlier, I don't know what kind of headache this may create for the programmers.

Just a suggestion,
Shawn

I was also wondering if the commissioner would be able to set the sim times and the number of games to be simmed each time. For instance, I would like to see a league that simmed twice a day, at noon and midnight, 10 games each time. Will this type of option be available?

Great idea! I work second shift (3-11 pm) and I like the sim speed of the Fast Sim, because it gives me an idea of how my franchise is shaping through the years. However, being at work for much of the sim season I have missed out on some good trades. This season would be perfect for me. I could check the first set of sims before work and the second after work. Plus, 20 games instead of 10 a season. The 10 games a season is a bit tedious at times. Especially since both of my teams in those season are doing well. It's excrutiating to have to wait 24 hrs. to see the next set of sim games! :)
