Yes, as far as we know. I think that Clay occasionally hires "consultants", meaning people that he occasionally bring sin for specific tasks. He's using an outside piece of software for Football Mogul, for the interface, as well (although that seems to me to be causing a lot of problems, so I don't know how long that will last).

I reckon if has the money he should hire more people because the games would better developed!

The game is absolutely brilliant.

One advantage to doing it himself is that he probably knows the code inside out, upside down and backwards. Bringing too many other people in is potentially complicating the situation. Of course the drawback is that he must be working on it almost constantly.

Personally I am amazed by the level of improvement from year to year. Clay has quite an engine in the game.
