how does one take over an abandonded league

I would like to take over the league called America's National Pastime it is a 2003 league with no commishiner I would like to start it up please let me know if it is possible my user ID is lordofwar I already have emailed Clay and his email sent back was it was offered to me however Im not able to log in as anything but a player please inform..thank you

Have you upgraded your account so that you can start a league? You have to have a Gold account in order to own a league.
