Is it possible to increase your revenue some how? Or are small market teams just doomed to have low payroll?

It's definitely possible to increase your revenue. In fact, it is very easy.

The most important thing to do to increase your revenue is to win! Fans will flock to the ballpark to follow a winning team. If you can rebuild and turn a small market into a dynasty, you revenue can rise significantly...I've seen it rise from 250 pts to nearly 500!
