I've updated the database as well, for those couple of people who've downloaded it. I changed the design slightly, so that peoples names are on a separate table (referential integrity is now checked, and the names are indexed) along with some other minor tweaks. All rather boring stuff, unless your into database design or something.

Big update, as I updated the list of leagues tonight. 144 Non-Stop Equilizer became eligible for full points again, by virtue of gaining more than 20 owners. Three new leagues were added to the list as well (Daily Twenty Four, THE SCOREBOARD, and Cape Cod League). There's no winners from the new leagues yet, but I'm hoping that they will begin reporting soon enough.

I also updated the database file attached below, for those who may be interested in looking at it.

I still haven't added in the points from the MEL leagues yet, but I'll get them done soon (all the info is in there, but I haven't changed the points query to add in those points yet).

Sorry for the delay in updates. As you can see, I've updated the points system some. The first obvious difference is that the points from MEL are included now. The other change is that there is a 2 point award now for each individual win, regardless of league simulation speed. The primary driving influence is still strongly based on influence, but winners from the fast leagues are not punished quite so much.

Hey guys, I'm quitting updating this. It's currently updated with everything that has been reported up until this post, and I'm attaching the database to this post. If anyone wants to take over, feel free. There has been a lack of updates recently anyway, but more importantly I just don't feel up to being much of a member of the BMO community any more.

Sad to hear this Ohms but not surprised. Alot of people don't respect the work something like this takes. Maybe if Clay ever gets his head out of his *** he'll figure a way to keep track of our overall mogul scores and/or World Series wins. ;)

Baseball is all about the numbers and the history. We all play this because of that. Having an online mogul sim that doesn't keep track is like getting getting tongue from my Grandmother. Sure i still love her but I won't respect her in the morning.


BTW no disrespect to Clay but like many were waiting and hoping. He has a few more months which we all hope he makes us eat crow for not believing in him.

Kotoll. I think you and me were the only 2 really paying attention to this. Ohms, thanks for all the work and patience as we worked out this system. Perhaps sometime in the future Clay can incorporate this (and all that work kotoll did for the player stats) into something automated.
