IM so happy you put that tread in our forums, i asked the guys to help me remember who won in our league, so far only 4-5 teams have won it in the first 13 seasons, the first was won by a guy named scary in st louis, he then won 3 seasons later in NY, he was cheating and had both teamm, i took over the yankees from him and have won 4 world series since, the only other teams to win in our league our washington and LA dodgers, but i asked if anyone knew what the owners names were, cuz im pretty sure there gone now, but no one answered back.

So it goes
St louis 1 (scary)
Yankees 5 ( 4 me, 1 scary)
washington ( 5 ???) i think maybe apallo something, if that helps
la dodgers (2 ??? ) the dodgers won just two seasons ago and their current manger is nuzzy62, so it might have been him not sure

I put you down 4 times, for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Let me know if the dates are correct.
I put nuzzy in for 2014 as well. I'll get in touch with him to make sure he was the dodgers at the time. It's nice to see that he's won a series!

...now, for scary. I've been waiting for his name to come up. *sigh* I'm not going to add him. I figure, anyone kicked out of the game doesn't deserve to be on the list. It's the same thing as Pete Rose and the Hall of Fame, you know?

gotcha. scary cheated, to be blunt. He had to accounts, and was playing two teams in WBC.

In the original WBC, as the Arizona Brokebacks and under the alias of Shacky21 I went to 16 consecutive World Series in which I won 11 of them. I'm sure someone there might have been that at that time to confirm? I have a soft spot in my heart for WBC. The initial commish quit after two seasons and I took over and ran the league for many years until handing it over to Scary. I implemented the collective bargaining agreement (don't know if it's still ongoing), revenue sharing, luxury tax, and many other nuances that made it one of the best leagues going at the time. Hope all is still well there.
