The second time through the lineup on Opening Day, the little blurb that says that stays the same, even though the players have had one at bat vs. the pitcher/

At Bat vs pitcher in 07 is not updating during the game. (Stat located under players name in Manager mode)

Actually, I think that there's supposed to be another stat there, and that's what's missing.
