I really dig that the player cards are showing more data, but I'd also like to see more of that extra data selectable in the sortable stats (DICE jumps out at me as one, as well as GIDP for hitters and pitchers).
I'm one of those geeks that like to cut and paste sortable stats into a spreadheet.
When you're done firefighting bugs that makes the game not work, please to be taking a look at adding more sortable data, pretty please...err...mr programmer....the great.....sir......um.....esquire.

um... everything on the player cards and ton's more is in sortable stats. you simply need to select more headings is all. Heck, if your going to export the stats to excel or whatever, just choose "ALL"...
This sort fo thing is what the encyclopedia is for though, anyway.

Sorry bra...there's a lot there to be sure, but my version (9.71 now) still doens't have Batter Grounded into Double Play or Pitcher DICE on the selectable stats headings even though they are on the player's card.
Not a complaint mind you just a suggestion

I second the motion, everything should match. Innings pitched is not even in the expanded pitching stats, kinda hard to run the numbers on pitching efficiency without that stat. You have to do it by hand because it is not in there.
quick question what is DICE?

Innings pitched is in the sortable stats, been there since the start.
I just added DICE and GDIP to the list, will go through and look for some more to add as well for 9.72.

He's saying it's not in the expanded pitching stats output when using output stats from the tools menu.

Ahh, thats right.
You can also export from the sortable stats dialog. Select the team or all teams, the stats you want and right click for a menu of options.

I'm marking this 'Done' since it's probably all we'd get to before Version 10.00.
I think I'll rename 'Expanded' to 'Lahman' since that's exactly what it does -- output stats that match the format of the Lahman Database batting, pitching and fielding files.
