Data Bug (9.63) Player changed from Trade offer to Current Offer [Fixed]

I started a new 2007 season as the Yankees. Simmed the first month and was offered a trade by the Red Sox. They were offering 4 Sox for 2 Yanks. One of the Sox offered was Jon Lester. When I went to "Let's Talk" and the trade window opened up. Jon Lester was replaced by Craig Hansen on the Current Offer box.

Yea, there's definitely something screwy when going from a computer offer to the actual trade window. I noticed this yesterday, but was in the middle of something else so I didn't run it down.
