The EMBL needs 15 GM's to start. We are currently seeking 1 more GM to get the league off the ground. Here is the link to the league EMBL (http://www-1.sportsmogul.com/bb/leagues.pl?viewleague=872).


Here are the league rules.

1. 60/day, equalized, hourly (pst) league.

2. 1 Franchise Player allowed per team. (contract will be 5 yr @30 pts). FP's may only be named during the offseason.

3. 150 pt cap (not a salary cap...just a limit on how many extra points you are allowed). Also a negative 75 pt limit. If you reach the -75 pt mark your highest paid player will become a restricted FA (all teams will bid on him).

4. You must check in every 3 days unless I am notified via the Vacation thread. 2d will get you a warning....3d will get you booted.

5. If a player is signed to a 1 year deal in the offseason he can not be resigned until that following offseason. 1st time offenders will be fined 10 pts. 2nd time offenders will be removed from the league.

6. Any free agents signed after September 1st are not eligble to be included on the playoff roster.

7. Rules are subject to change by the commisioner.

8. Computer Trading is Legal until 20 teams join.

9. End of Year Point Bonus:

5 pt bonus if one of your guys wins 1 of these awards

These awards will be voted upon by the league (from a list of 4 nominated by me).

Also pts will be given to:

World Series Winner: 15 pts
Wold Series Loser: 10 pts
AL/NL Championship Losers: 5 pts each
Wildcard Round Losers: 2 pts each






All contracts 50 pts and up will be lowered to 50 even to help even out team salary. Also as a 1st year bonus each team is allowed 1 salary to be cut in half and 3 free drops.
