New Mogul Point system?

I went to a history page and saw new numbers for Mogul points. When this this go live? I haven't seen a posting describing the formula for these, but I'm assuming a 100 mogul rating is average?

I noticed the same thing earlier today. I'm looking forward to hearing the explanation. I think an overhaul of the pt system was long overdue and hope that is what has happened.
