I'm guessing the latest version of Baseball Mogul is 2008. I am looking for a complete list of features, not just the things that have been improved.

Specifically I'm looking for these feattures:

fantasy draft

minor leagues

custom leagues

manager mode in addition to gm simulation

hopefully things like weather, rainouts, maybe even ejections

pitchers having to warmup before they come in

I think that's it.

fantasy draft
There is a fantasy draft in there, I just don't like the layout. You have to search for all the players using the game's functions instead of just having a list given to you of available players.


minor leagues
There's a simplified minor leagues. It's the same as the past few moguls where the only players are ones who have potential to make the ML team, so rosters aren't completely filled out and stats are just tossed in instead of having an actual schedule of games for minor leagues.


custom leagues
There's a lot of customizability, such as games per year, teams, but you can only have a max of 2 leagues/conferences and 3 divisions for each.


manager mode in addition to gm simulation
Yes, there's one pitch AB's simulations and pitch-by-pitch simulations. Each of which are controlled by you as the manager/player.

The game does factor in weather a little. In the box score after the game, you can see the wind speed and temperature. Clay has recently said that he actually forgot to display this information on the PBP screen, but it should be coming soon. The wind does affect the game.
