First, wrong forum. Baseball Mogul Online is a different game from Baseball Mogul. Please keep BM content in the BM forums.

Regarding the W (8-8) portion of the game log, the 8-8 is the pitchers win/loss record, not the score of the game. Notice haw the entry directly below that is L(7-8)?

Regarding scouting records, +/-1 is the best that you can have outside of commissioner mode as of version... 10.22? Somewhere around there.
