I hate having no Trade clauses with lets say 50% of my team... how can I get rid of no trade clauses? And if I cant how can I avoid it offering more money?
And as far as arbitration the players I give arbitration too I end up having to do arbitriation the next year it seems all the time... do I have to keep giving them arbitration until lets say I sign him to another contract in middle of the season?

As far as your first question is concerned, I guess you go under league editor and under League Settings (on the right) you could adjust Salary Demands down a bit. It seems a lot of my guys ask for no-trade clauses as well. Sometimes offering additional years instead of extra money helps, but usually, yeah, if they want a no trade clause and you don't want to give it they will ask for more.
As for your second question, all players fall under arbitration after they have completed 3 years of MLB service and remain under arbitration rules for their first 6 (I'm pretty sure its 6) years of MLB service. You can sign during the year to avoid it, but beware, if a player is eligible for arbitration at the end of this year, and his "Negotiation" button is there to click, if you merely sign him to a one year deal, he will still be eligible at the end of the year. For some reason BM doesn't really sign extensions, if you sign him to a one year contract it just replaces his arbitration contract. If you want to avoid arbitration, sign him during the year for at least a 2 year deal.

With no trade clauses......they can ask for them but if you uncheck it at the bottom of your counter offer and make that same offer 3 or 4 times they will eventually sign. I NEVER give a no trade clause unless they are true superstars.
