Can't re-sign player?

I am the GM of a league, and someone has a problem that they can't re-sign their player. He is in a contract year, making 29 points, and only wants 3 points for an extension. The GM is in debt (-31), is that why he can't re-sign him?

That is correct.

He can't re-sign him because he is in debt.

We debated allowing people to re-sign contracts for less money, but did not allow it in the end.

But if you want to cut him some slack, go ahead and use the admin tools.
