joining more leagues-help

i currently belong to 10 leagues. i don't want to quit any of the leagues that i belong to but i want to join additional leagues particularly those with more human managers. i realize from the faq that additional teams cost $1.25 per league. how do you actually join additional leagues. i have tried w/o success. can anyone help
