how do i make skins?

The various default files are in the Baseball Mogul 2008\Skins\SportsMogul folder (mostly in the \Dialogs and \News folders).

Copy those files to a new folder in the Baseball Mogul 2008\Skins folder, and then change the files the way that you want them to be. Presto, new skin!
