I have a bronze account and want to upgrade. I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help?

We are ALWAYS happy to help people upgrade their accounts!

Here's how to do it:
Log in as usual. You should then be at your "My Account" page.
Click the text link on the right: Update Account Information
Click the button: Edit Billing Information
In the "Account Type" drop down, choose the new account type you want (None, Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Click the Submit Information button, then confirm your choice on the next page.
This procedure works for upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling accounts. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. If you choose "None" then at the end of the current billing period your account will be suspended until such time as you choose a new subscription plan.
