Next Simulation Time Problem

I'm playing in Beta 35 Hourly and I've noticed that the next simulation time gets a bit screwed up occassionally. Like this morning it said the next simulation was in 42 minutes and when I went back 45 minutes later it told me the next simulation was in 57 minutes. I've just gone back now and it says 13 hours but during that time, nothing had been simulated.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
