Payroll question

My payroll is about 200 over my budget (I just started a new team) I was wonderin what is the deal with this. Can someone explain how this works? The computer managed them before why would they be so much over? Will I go into debt or what?

Most likely what happened is that human GM's took advantage of the CPU by dumping salary on them, leaving you in such a tough spot. Check with your commish to see as you might get a few free releases.
