Hello all. I tried to find a thread for what I'm about to discuss but didn't find one.
In my current game, there are a total of 1271 batters and 1141. This may not be totally off what it should be and I'm sure there are those who will equally view this thread as totally nitpicking, BUT, shouldn't the total amount of players reflect a number closer to a 14/11 ratio? In other words, in my game with 1271 batters, there should be "around" 999 pitchers to reflect the optimal ratio. I changed rookie.ini to reflect "normal" amount of talent, but I think that is for overall/peak ratings of players, not a way to adjust total number of draftee players in individual categories; am I right? I end up drafting more pitchers than I need then trade them for more position players. I would suggest a change to the program to better balance the numbers.
