In the online game, how can one tell what his fan loyalty rating is?

In the CD-ROM it's pretty easy. LEAGUE EDITOR - NO TO POPUP QUESTION - Fan Loyalty is on the left near the middle.

Can we find our fan loyalty in online game and if so, how?

No, you cannot find your Fan Loyalty in the online game. I think this is to increase the challenge, as you can never quite now how your fans will react every season.
