Expenses Bug

At first I thought it was just me, but when I set my expenses,(farm system, scouting, medical staff) it appeared as one number lower than I put in(70 appeared as 69) maybe it's just a league problem (fastsim 27)

Nope. Not an isolated situation - I have it in all 3 of my leagues as well.
