Mod Creating Problem

I am in the process of creating my first mod, which I planned to be a set of team cap logos for BBM08. I got pictures through Google Images, right clicked on the image, clicked copy once in the Logos folder, changed the image name to fit all of the possible given abbreviations, and then deleted the generic BBM logo to my Recycle Bin. The problem is, only half of the images show up in the game. The half that show are of perfect quality, no glitches, and they are the correct images. But the half that don't show are in the same spot as the others, with correct abbreviations on the images and in the game. What is the problem and how do I solve it?????

Most likely yo have to resize it. Not necessarily the actualy size but more so the ratio (height to width). Check the size of the other logos and try resizing it it that.

But I'm not expert.
